Whilst we endeavor to fulfill requests for Urgent turn over requirements, we cannot make guarantees on product arrival times. Once orders have been dispatched we do provide tracking, it is then the responsibility of the transit provider to ensure all items arrive in the estimated time frame allocated, the tracking provided with all orders allow our customers to check for updates on the parcel location and arrival times.

Depending where you are located in Australia, postage can take anywhere from 2-14 working days. Express post is available at an additional cost, please contact us to request a quote.
Due to the custom nature of our products once you have placed your order, and the order has gone into production we are unable to cancel, amend or refund the order.
Please ensure you read through all product descriptions clearly before you place your order.
Please understand that we pride ourselves on creating beautiful products for our clients and ensure that they are packaged delicately and securely in the correct format to avoided any damage during transit.
If by chance you receive a damaged item in the post you must contact Hello Bow Designs within 24 hours, this time frame is allocated by our transit provider to report and review damaged parcels, in the hope of a positive outcome for our clients, unfortunately once the 24 hour period has expired we are unable to assist with resolving the matter, all original packaging and proof of purchase must be kept and maintained.
The images of our products online represent the actual product. Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product's color and design, actual colors may vary slightly, due to differing device screens/monitored used to view the products digitally, the settings and lighting may also cause color variations when products are presented in advertisements or photographs. .When purchasing please note that there is a small risk there will be a slight variation between the actual color of your product when compared to the digital viewed variation. If this is a cause for concern, please request a color sample to be posted out to you as we do not offer a refund for slight color variations.
Please contact us if you are needing your order sooner than the standard allocated time frame. We love to help and do our best to make alternative arrangements to meet your requirements however depending on the circumstances this may or may not be possible.

Hello Bow Designs is an online store. We work from our home workshop located in the Macarthur area of NSW. You are welcome to pick your order up. Pick up times are strictly by appointment only, we will contact you once your order has been placed to make suitable pick up arrangements.
